Mochiko Baked Chicken - rice flour dusted organic chicken breast, red thai curry sauce, reb bell, sauteed sugar snap peas, and sticky white rice.

Steak & Lobster Tail - 7-8 oz, filet mignon, 7 oz, cold water tail, asparagus, and wasabi mash.

Paniolo Filet of Beef - 7-8oz, goat cheese truffle chive mash, garlic miso butter, and steamed haricot verts.

Rib Eye Steak - 14oz. certified angus, steamed asparagus, blue cheese garlic butter, and wasabi mash.

Tomahawk Pork Chop - 10-11oz, polenta chive mash, steamed spaghetti squash, and star anise jus.

New Zealand Rack of Lamb - balsamic garlic herb basted, sweet potato mash, and crispy brussel sprouts.
